About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager at Flowboard, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their success and satisfaction with our products and services. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing guidance, support, and strategic advice to help them achieve their goals.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations, including executives, managers, and end-users.

  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.

  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and onboarding support to new customers to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance and best practices to help them optimize their use of Flowboard.

  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and marketing, to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.

  • Identify opportunities for upselling and expansion within existing accounts to drive revenue growth.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related customer-facing role.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.

  • Proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving customer success outcomes.

  • Experience working with SaaS or technology products is preferred.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value and exceeding customer expectations.

  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a remote work environment.
