About the Role

As a Content Marketing Manager at Flowboard, you'll play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and engaging our target audience through compelling content. You'll be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that align with our brand voice and business objectives.

What you’ll do

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and engage our target audience.

  • Create a wide range of content assets, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, infographics, and videos, that resonate with our target audience and support our marketing goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product marketing, sales, and design, to ensure content alignment and consistency across channels.

  • Manage the content calendar and publishing schedule to ensure timely delivery of content assets.

  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of content marketing efforts and optimize strategies for maximum impact.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform content strategy and identify opportunities for innovation.

What you’ll need

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing your content creation and strategy skills.

  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot) preferred.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-driven mindset and a passion for storytelling.
